Based in modern offices, they are looking for a project coordinator to provide crucial support to their team and clients. You will play a vital role in delivering efficient and effective project administration services for their bespoke solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive, identifying opportunities and supporting internal and external teams.
  • Quality-focused with great attention to detail
  • Strong planning and prioritisation abilities for managing a fast-paced environment
  • A desire to continue learning and growing within the business
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the delivery of consulting solutions to clients, such as assessment centres, development programs, feedback, and coaching
  • Scheduling client meetings and delivery, resourcing consultants, and booking associates.
  • Setting up participants on internal systems for assessments and generating reports
  • Compiling and securely sending reports
  • Maintaining accurate information on in-house systems for forecasting, invoicing, and timesheets
  • Assisting with shared mailboxes, proofreading, and supporting team members with client projects as needed
