Social Media Officer Permanent role Remote Education sector £23,000 - £26,000 PAThe role

  • Deliver Social Media audience mapping and segmentation
  • Lead the development of a Social Media strategy and delivery plan
  • Responsible for social media research
  • Reporting and analysis of Social Media campaign results
  • Monitoring and response to comments and conversations, responding to enquiries etc.
  • Look for new opportunities for stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver appropriate actions
  • Raise the visibility of the organisation through Social Media communications
  • Source content and create innovative material to post across channels
  • Develop recommendations to respond to complex and sensitive Social Media enquiries and engagement
  • Act as the organisation's expert on Social Media, providing training and advice to colleagues
  • Maintain the org's Social Media platforms, ensuring timely and quality content posting
  • Contribute to the organisation's communication and engagement strategy
