As a Senior Sales Valuer you will be responsible for:
- Increasing new business levels and market share
- Driving the Sales department and producing results
- Generating and carrying out valuations
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with vendors and applicants
- Show leadership skills when needed
You will have the following skills / experience:
- Previous experience in the lettings industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate and win business
- Be professional, positive and have an enthusiastic approach
- Proven track record of generating and winning business
Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated individual within the Sales side to become a crucial asset to the team as a Valuer to win new business.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
OTE: £40,000
