Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Cheltenham - up to £25k basic £40k package

This is a rare opportunity to join this award winning independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the heart of Cheltenham for many years. Due to continued growth within their Sales Department they are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing buyers on a day-to-day basis, including generating and conducting property viewings, obtaining offers, and maintaining records in our internal database. You'll also handle enquiries from various sources—whether via phone, internet, or walk-ins—in a professional manner.

Main Duties for the Sales Negotiator Role:

  • Proactively seeking out potential clients and developing new business opportunities
  • Providing expert advice on the local property market and guiding clients through the buying/selling process
  • Conducting property viewings and offering detailed information
  • Generating offers, negotiating deals, and closing sales
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and buyers
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and developments in the Cheltenham property market
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet client needs

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a sales environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driver’s license
