Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer - Cheltenham - £45k package (Full or Part Time)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join a leading independent Estate Agency brand in the heart of Cheltenham town centre. The position provides an outstanding opportunity to broaden your existing skills with genuine career progression. They strive and succeed in the selling of town, village and country homes as well as dealing with many other areas of the property market. Quality marketing, client care and exceptional service standards are the core values to our success.

The right candidate must have a depth of knowledge and experience and be able to undertake market appraisals, utilising your knowledge of business development techniques for marketing to win new instructions. A typical day will include a team meeting, arranging viewings, showing properties to prospective buyers, preparation for the day’s market appraisals and instruction appointments, managing existing clients’ properties, actively seeking new clients, assisting colleagues with viewings, sales progression and incoming enquiries. You will need to be energetic, extremely well-presented and an excellent communicator for this superb opportunity to join a market leader with high ambitions.

Experience Required:

  • A proven track record in Estate Agency
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • IT literacy
  • The expertise to negotiate and close deals
  • Conduct market appraisals and win instructions
  • Sound business ethics
  • Be tenacious and a self-starter
  • The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
  • Your own car and a full, current driving licence (Parking Permit provided)
  • To consistently deliver exceptional level of customer service
