An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales negotiator to join a dynamic sales team in a busy town centre office. The position provides an outstanding opportunity to broaden your existing skills with genuine career progression.

The right candidate must have a depth of knowledge and experience and be able to undertake market appraisals, utilising your knowledge of business development techniques for marketing to win new instructions. A typical day will include a team meeting, arranging viewings, showing properties to prospective buyers, preparation for the day’s market appraisals and instruction appointments, managing existing clients’ properties, actively seeking new clients, assisting colleagues with viewings, sales progression and incoming enquiries. You will need to be energetic, extremely well-presented and an excellent communicator for this superb opportunity to join a market leader with high ambitions.

  • The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
  • Your own card and a full, current driving licence
