An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Conveyancer to join a reputable law firm based in Stow-On-The-Wold.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion: including, sales and purchase, re-mortgage, transfer of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions
  • To process cases on a timely and cost effective basis
  • Liasing directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders
  • Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work
  • Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets
  • To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision

Skills and Experience:

  • Have experience of managing your own caseload.
  • Be organised and process-driven.
  • Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice.
  • Commited to providing an excellent standard of client care
  • Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system.
  • Understanding the importance of communicating with clients, solicitors and introducers.
