Sales Advisor - Retirement Living

Stow on the Wold 35K basic OTE 50K

We are looking for a sales advisor to work in the buoyant retirement living sector based at a high-end premium community development in Stow on the Wold in the heart of The Cotswolds. There are over 100 elegant one, two and three bed apartments in the Village which offers residents a premium wellness suite and spa, brasserie, lounge and community hub. You will have the opportunity to sell both new property sales and rental properties, and we are very keen to hear from candidates who have sales experience selling either property or a premium lifestyle membership product or investment. You will be adopting a consultative sales approach with multiple touch points requiring a positive, engaging approach and at all times delivering exceptional customer service, advice and guidance from the very first enquiry through to completion.

Whilst you will benefit from a significant number of incoming leads from both a strong digital presence and from working in partnership with local estate agents , the role is very much about the self-generation of quality leads working proactively with local community groups, sports clubs, charities, schools and businesses. You will be highly visible at and support local events embedding yourself into the local area, arranging Open Days and promoting the range of high-quality retirement living propositions that are available.

You will be conducting tours and viewings and working to both activity and lead to conversion in a role that is very much target based. We are looking for candidates who will enjoy working within the retirement living sector where you be liaising with a wide range of family members throughout the sales process. You will need to be highly organised with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and in writing.

In addition to a highly competitive basic salary of 35K there is a genuine opportunity to earn up to 15K per annum with monthly commission and quarterly bonuses. We are looking for the successful candidate to typically work between the hours of 10am and 5pm and one weekend in two. The benefits include 25 days per holiday per annum plus bank holidays, matched pension of 6%, life assurance, free gym membership and a healthcare cashback plan.
