My client is an independent Estate Agency based in the centre of Cheltenham who is looking to add a Sales Negotiator to their successful team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator:
- Register potential buyers and sellers, identifying potential business opportunities
- Calling applicants with details of new instructions in order to generate viewings
- Carrying out structured property viewings, negotiating offers
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Sales Negotiator:
- Prior experience of working in a similar role desirable
- Full UK driving licence and use of own appropriate car essential
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to be successful in a sales environment
