We are seeking a motivated Property Sales Negotiator to join our clients dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for Property and a talent for soft selling.

You will be instrumental in conducting viewings, booking appointments, and facilitating the smooth operation of property sales.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct property viewings with potential buyers, providing detailed information and answering queries to assist in their decision-making process.
  • Manage appointment bookings efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Utilise soft selling techniques to promote properties and close sales while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Follow up with potential clients to gauge interest and gather feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and properties in our database.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will have experience from Property or Lettings industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
