Up to £40k basic and £65k OTE. My client, a leading estate agent based in Cheltenham requires a Lettings Managerto help drive market share, maximise revenue and grow the property register whilst leading your own team to attain and surpass their targets. This is a superb opportunity for an experienced estate agent with a demonstrable history of delivering exceptional service and leading teams to success. The role would be covering 3 offices and you will be joining a highly regarded and leading agency with a superb culture where you will be encouraged and continually supported to realise your ambitions.  Responsibilities for this Lettings Manager role will include:
  • Create the largest active market share in the area  
  • Develop exceptional business relationships with clients and internal departments 
  • Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
  • Manage performance of the staff conducting through 1:1's, performance reviews and morning meetings 
  • Influence positive results and lead your team with effective planning and actions 
Skills & Experience for this Lettings Manager role:
