My client is an established and highly successful Estate and Lettings Agency, who have an emphasis on providing first-class customer service and are looking for a Property Manager to join their team in Cheltenham.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Property Manager:
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to manage maintenance issues
- Maintain thorough and accurate database records
- Ensure properties comply with latest regulations/legislation
- Nurture and develop client relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Property Manager:
- Ideally currently working in a busy Property Management team
- First-class written and verbal communication skills
- Solution driven, with excellent time management
- Experience of delivering high levels of customer service
- Full UK Driving Licence and use of own car
My client is offering an annual salary of £25,000-35,000 depending on experience.Â
