The salary for this position ranges from £24,000 to £27,000, with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £30,000, plus a quarterly bonus.
Key responsibilities include managing repairs, conducting inspections, organizing check-outs, and ensuring property compliance.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, IT knowledge, and a valid driving license with access to a vehicle.
This full-time role requires working one Saturday morning per month and offers support for ARLA qualification.

Property Manager – Duties

Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
Carrying out mid term inspections
Organising and conducting check outs and inventories
Organising contractors, gaining quotations, issuing works orders and obtaining invoices
Ensuring property compliance such as EICRs, gas safety and EPC certifications
Dealing with deposit disputes
Organising tenancy paperwork
Negotiating lets

Property Manager – Experience Needed:

Previous lettings / property management experience is essential.
Professional written and verbal communication
Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
Valid driving licence with access to own vehicle
