We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Property Manager. If you are looking for a fast-paced and rewarding career in property management, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our rental portfolio. This entails conducting inspections, checking out tenants, and producing inventories for new lets. You will also be responsible for arranging and dealing with maintenance inquiries and ensuring the overall upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

Working independently and as part of a team is essential in this role, as you will be responsible for managing multiple properties simultaneously. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable interacting with a diverse range of people. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both tenants and contractors are essential.

A passion for excellent customer service is key to success in this role. You will need to be approachable, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure tenant satisfaction. Excellent telephone skills and the ability to multitask are also required, as you will be dealing with inquiries and coordinating tasks throughout the day.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you hold a full clean UK driving license. Flexibility and adaptability are also key, as the role is fast-paced and may require working outside of regular office hours on occasion.
