About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth operations, excellent tenant support, and compliance with industry standards. This role is perfect for an experienced property professional who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment and is looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Maintenance - Oversee repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Meet targets and contractual obligations, including providing out-of-hours support for tenants when needed.
  • Tenant Relations - Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and emergencies efficiently and professionally.
  • Leasing Support - Assist in the leasing process in collaboration with the Commercial and Legal team.
  • Financial Management - Prepare and manage property budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Inspections - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and proactively address maintenance needs.

What You’ll Need

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Property Management or Maintenance role.
  • Knowledge of property safety regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
  • A practical understanding of building maintenance and operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to adapt to new software systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • A professional and discreet approach to handling confidential information.
