We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Part-Time Permanent Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join our clients growing team. If you're passionate about The Property Sector, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy building relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:.

  • Respond to enquiries from potential buyers or tenants and schedule appointments.
  • Conduct property viewings, showcase properties to potential buyers or tenants, and answer their questions
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide expert advice.
  • Subject to experience negotiate offers and contracts to achieve the best possible outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Subject to experience conduct property valuations to determine accurate asking prices.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • A passion for people and real estate
  • A valid driving licence
  • Previous experience within an estate or letting agency would be an advantage, though not essential.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not essential

Hours:

  • Approximately 20hours per week, including:
    • Every other Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM
    • Monday and Wednesday, Flexible on hours
    • One additional day to be agreed upon, hours to be agreed
