Our client who have been providing their services for over 35 years are looking for committed team player to join their team on a full time, permanent basis from their newly opened office in the picturesque town of Stow-on-the-Wold.

In this role, you'll provide support to the whole office! In return, our client offer a friendly and supportive environment as well as full training where required.

Responsibilities:

-Greet visitors upon arrival

-Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls

-Provide administrative support to all members of staff

-Scanning and distributing mail on a daily basis

-Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch

-Ensure the reception area is presentable at all times

-Preparing correspondence using the case management system

Candidate Attributes:

-Good understanding of Microsoft Office

-Ability to provide exceptional customer service with a good telephone manner

-Good use of your own initiative

-A team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm

-Organised, methodical and adaptable

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary: Salary is negotiable depending on experience + benefits including to 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), Christmas shutdown, Health cash plan for workplace wellbeing, Pension Scheme and Employee referral bonus
