This professional services client is looking for a highly personable and communicative Receptionist for their Cheltenham office. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will provide a warm professional and upbeat welcome. This is a great opportunity for a team player who would excel at being the external face and voice of the company and who can manage all reception duties to a high standard.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Receptionist:

  • The Receptionist would welcome guests to the office
  • You would answer and direct all calls in a helpful manner 
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing post in a timely fashion
  • Ensure boardroom and communal areas are kept tidy
  • Provide administration support to MD on an ad-hoc basis

 Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Confident when meeting and helping clients and visitors
  • Friendly and proactive
  • Excellent, professional customer services and communication skills.
  • Flexible and conscientious - you will have high standards
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
