- Greet visitors upon arrival
- Answer, screen and transfer incoming callsÂ
- Provide administrative support to all members of staff
- Scanning and distributing mail on a daily basisÂ
- Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
- Ensure the reception area is presentable at all times
- Preparing correspondence using our case management system
- Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required
- have experience in the customer service sector, preferably reception duties but not essential
- have administration experience within a legal environment (not essential)
- be comfortable speaking with clients and third parties, both on the telephone and in person
- communicate professionally, both in written format and verbally
- be organised, methodical and presentableÂ
- demonstrate initiativeÂ
