Graduate Recruitment Consultant

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained in all aspects of recruitment, from sourcing top-tier candidates to building strong client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through research, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic recruitment advice and market insights.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from candidate engagement through to placement and post-placement support.

Requirements

  • A university degree, with a strong interest in recruitment, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with senior professionals.
  • A proactive and resilient attitude, eager to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Previous experience in sales or recruitment is a plus, but not essential.
