The company is seeking a Recruitment Consultant or Trainee Recruitment Consultant with no prior recruitment experience required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
The role is office-based, requiring the candidate to have a valid driving license and the ability to drive.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with shifts from 08:30-17:30 or 07:30-16:30 on a rotating basis.
The salary ranges from £23,500 to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, with additional benefits including uncapped commission, a company car after a qualifying period, and 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
Candidates should be fluent in English, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
