Your Role Will Include:
- Connecting candidates & clients—matching the right people to the right jobs
- Writing job adverts & managing applications
- Screening and interviewing candidates (phone & online)
- Updating our recruitment database to ensure smooth operations
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
Who We’re Looking For:
- Great communicator who enjoys helping people
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Tech-savvy (comfortable using emails & databases)
