The successful candidate will have experience gained in high volume fast paced restaurants, F & B operations, or customer facing catering businesses.
Working alongside the F & B manager you will manage all day to day operations including people, finances, stock, service and sales.
Role -Deputy Food & Beverage Manager
- Work alongside and deputise for the F & B Manager
- Manage all day to day operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive sales
- Get involved in controlling costs, budgets and stock
- Manage, motivate, coach and lead the the team
- Have input into new initiavites and menus etc
- Work closely with the chef team and other senior managers on site

We are looking for:
- Experience gained in high volume customer facing restaurants/F & B/catering operations
- A positive, enthusiastic and outgoing personality and attitude
- The ability to manage, lead, motivate and develop people and teams
- A good understanding of legislation, compliance, stock, budgets and costs
- A strong desire to succeed and progress
- Passion for serving fresh food
