Senior Account Manager - Managed Service Provider - 50K-60K plus commission - Cheltenham/hybrid
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to work for a rapidly expanding MSP based in Cheltenham.
The successful Senior Account Manager will have experience of working previously in an MSP environment. You will have worked with a range of customers, taking time to really understand their challenges and how they can best use technology to enable them to achieve their business goals.
The salary and benefits for this role are:
- Basic salary up to 60K DOE
- Generous, achievable commission scheme

- Mix of in office, on customer site, and home working
You will have the following skills, attributes and experience:
- Ability to manage customer accounts to ensure sales opportunities are maximised and issues are dealt with promptly
- Become a trusted partner through the development of strong relationships
- Understanding of 365, cloud technologies, AI and the latest developments in Cyber Security
- Having a sales focus and the drive to achieve targets
- Driving clients to adopt the correct tech-driven strategy for their business
