This growing professional services firmare looking to take on a strong Business Support Assistant to join their Operations team. This role is integral to the smooth running of the office and the role will vary between providing support to the reception team and then working on projects around issues such as space allocation, call handling etc. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, smart and professional individual to join a friendly and busy firm and could lead to further opportunities for progression.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Business Administrator:

  • Provide professional reception cover and call answering during busy periods
  • Provide willing and proactive administrative support on ongoinginternal projects around issues such as client and customer experience, event, call handling
  • Help with basic IT (Teams) conferencing and basic system queries
  • Staying on top of communal areas - kitchens etc

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous Business Administration experience working in an office setting
  • Good IT skills - you'll be using MS Office so knowledge of Teams would be helpful
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritiseis essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both internally and with external clients

My client is offering an annual salary of up to £24,000 depending on experience.
