Dealing with leading organisations such as Charlie Bigham's, Tyrell's crisps and Bloom & Wild to name a few, our client based in Cheltenham is a project management consultancy, which services the Food & Beverage, Logistics, Storage and Distribution sectors.
They are currently recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Administrator to join their growing team. The primary objective of this role is to assist the Head of Finance in the operation of a smooth and efficient finance function.

Responsibilities:
- Logging of supplier and subcontractor invoices.
- Verification of subcontractors within the CIS scheme and issuing of monthly CIS statements.
- Logging of sales invoices and issuing of monthly client statements.
- Dealing with accounts queries from clients and suppliers.
- Managing the accounts inbox, and ensuring prompt action and responses as required.
- Managing employee expense submissions; logging and highlighting any items needing further review.
- Managing the matching and reconciliation of corporate credit card transactions.
- Monthly / periodic supplier statement reconciliations.
- Managing the preliminary stages of the credit control process and raising significantly overdue payments.
- Assistance in the monthly, quarter, and year-end accounting processes, to include:
Prepayments and accruals
Nominal code reallocations (i.e. CIS entries)
- Assisting in regular payment runs and issuing of subsequent remittance advices.
- Other tasks as defined by the company from time to time.

Hours: Part time approx. 22.5 hours per week but this is very flexible & open to negotiation for the right candidate.
Salary: £25-29k pro rata
