The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across various subjects and year groups, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers and managing behaviour to ensure a cohesive learning environment. Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain on task.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Provide feedback to the regular teacher on student progress and any issues encountered.
- Adapt to different classroom environments and teaching styles.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience of teaching across multiple subjects and year groups.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
