- We are working in partnership with an 11-18 secondary school in Cheltenham who are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Maths Teacher to join their team starting in the New Year. This is a full-time and permanent job.
Your new role
- Delivering engaging and creative Maths lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Planning and preparing schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback.
- Contributing to the development of the department's curriculum.
- Participating in extracurricular activities and school trips.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. ECT's welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Maths or related field.
- Recent experience teaching Maths at secondary school level.
- Strong behaviour/classroom management.
- The ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members.
