About Us: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Secretary to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a couple of years of experience looking to build upon their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Arrangement: Schedule and coordinate meetings efficiently.
  • Diary Management & Travel: Manage diaries and arrange UK travel plans.
  • Document Formatting: Format reports and correspondence to a high standard.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate with clients regarding meetings and other inquiries.
  • Adhoc Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Research: Conduct research to support team projects.
  • Team Meetings: Attend and contribute to team meetings.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist with client onboarding processes (training provided).
  • Compliance Checks: Perform process-based compliance checks as required.
  • Team Events Coordination: Organise and coordinate team events.
  • Document Management: Utilise systems for document management.
  • Filing Accounts: Assist with filing accounts (training provided).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • No audio typing required.
