  • Strong communication skills
  • Managing a busy diary of appointments
  • Organisational skills - managing multiple tasks to ensure colleagues travelling, meetings and the office run smoothly
  • Data management - there’s a lot of AML checks that you would be required to do, so 'data management’ is good experience to have
  • Collaboration - you would have to collaborate effectively with lots of people in the business
  • Technology proficiency- Using office software (word, excel, outlook, powerpoint) to a high level of competency

What You’ll Do:

  • Keep the office running smoothly—manage schedules, meetings and correspondence.
  • Handle communications like a pro—calls, emails, reports, diary management
  • Stay organized—maintain files, supplies, and records
  • Support the team with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Must be good with Word and formatting documents
  • Chasing information from managers - confidence to do this

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven admin or secretarial experience
  • Strong skills in organization, multitasking and co-ordination
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and attention to detail
  • Ability to use your initiative
