Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to a team by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and format documents.
- Maintain and organise files, both electronic and hard copy, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, responding to inquiries as appropriate and directing them to the relevant team member.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary/Administrator
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
