Are you passionate about craftsmanship and seeking a role with flexibility in a supportive work environment? We are looking for skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Workers specialising in thin gauge aluminium, steel, and titanium.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate sheet metal products with precision, following technical drawings, instructions, and processes.
Set up and operate fabricating machines and hand tools to cut, bend, and straighten metal materials.
Shape sheet metal using anvils, blocks, or custom forms, ensuring accurate dimensions and smooth finishes.
Assist in training new or less experienced team members when required.
Adhere to all company health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.

Skills and Expertise:

Proficient in using shrinkers, stretchers, straighteners, the English wheel, and rollers to shape parts.
Strong understanding of metal behaviour during forming.
Experience working with titanium, steel, and aluminium.
Panel beater skills are essential.
Welding experience is not required.

Knowledge and Compliance:

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documents.
Familiarity with first-off inspection procedures.
Ensure compliance with all company Quality and Health & Safety policies.
Uphold high standards and contribute to team success.
Willingness to take on additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Support training efforts and remain adaptable to potential transfers within the company to meet business needs.
