As a Store Manager, will be responsible to lead a dynamic team, enhance customer experience, and drive exceptional sales performance.

Role and Responsibilities of this Store Manager - Outlet role:

  • Driving Sales & Performance - Achieve and exceed sales targets while managing budgets effectively.
  • Customer Experience Excellence - Build strong customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and deliver a premium shopping experience.
  • Team Leadership & Development - Recruit, train, and inspire the team to achieve excellence and foster long-term retention.
  • Operational Management - Oversee stock control, minimize shrinkage, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Visual Merchandising & Promotions - Maintain an inviting and luxury-focused store environment that reflects the brand’s high standards.
  • Strategic Planning - Analyse KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize store performance.

Qualifications Required for this Store Manager - Outlet role:

  • Retail leadership experience - Minimum of 2+ years as a Store, Deputy, or Assistant Manager in a premium or customer focused retail environment.
  • A customer-first approach - Passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Strong leadership skills - Ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong IT/Excel skills would be advantageous for report generations
  • Analytical mindset - Comfortable using KPIs and sales data to drive business decisions.
  • Physical stamina - Regular bending and lifting (up to 15kg) as part of stock handling.
