iO Associates are partnered with a leading design & engineering organisation who are rapidly expanding their National Security practice.

We are looking to speak with Developer who has experience in Oracle Apex.

Start: ASAP
Location: 4 days a week onsite in Cheltenham
Duration: 12 months
Rate: £500 per day (Inside IR35)

In this role, you will be supporting the WP6 tooling project, using knowledge and experience to validate operational requirements and support the transition into viable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical consultancy to support the standing up of an apex tool instance.
  • Support the wider team via knowledge sharing, supporting workshops and distributing communications on technical updates.
  • Liaise with both technical teams and business teams to gather requirements with a view to understand, scope and present the optimal approach to the work package sponsor.
  • Represent the user perspective and help to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Help to scope a Work package for developers to support this work.
  • Translate requirements considering future framework opportunities.
  • Technical Apex Coding.

Essential skills:

  • SFIA level 2 or level 3
  • Proven experience with Oracle Applications and Oracle Apex.
  • Experience in providing technical consultancy and support for tooling projects.
  • Strong ability to validate operational requirements and support the transition into viable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising between technical and business teams.
