In this position, you will lead the Systems Verification Engineering team within their Core Electrical Team, focusing on testing and troubleshooting safety-critical software and hardware systems. You will be working closely with senior engineers and be mentored into a technical leadership role, delivering Safety of Flight and Certification verification activities.Key Responsibilities:- Lead systems verification for a new electrical power distribution system.- Manage requirements and interfaces, create design baselines, and support project technical leadership.- Develop and implement verification and validation strategies.- Perform hands-on testing and troubleshooting in a lab environment.- Work cross-functionally with software, hardware, and test teams to debug systems.- Participate in technical reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.Skills & Qualifications:- Previous experience in aviation, automotive, or embedded systems development.- Experience with Power systems using in Hardware applications- Degree or HND in Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Physics, or related fields.- Strong understanding of systems design, requirements management, and verification strategies.- Experience with test equipment, scripting for automated tests, and manual testing procedures.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in team environments.- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and passion for systems engineering.
