We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Student Support Assistant to contribute to an engaging and inclusive learning environment across Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. This role is perfect for those who want to gain valuable experience in education, particularly aspiring teachers, or individuals with backgrounds in mentoring, tutoring, childcare, or nursery settings. As a Student Support Assistant, you will be integral to enhancing children's learning and development.

- £80 - £95 per day
- Full-Time 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Term Time Only
- Clear DBS (or willingness to apply)
Key Responsibilities as a Student Support Assistant:
- Provide individualised support to students across a range of abilities.
- Assist in small groups or on a 1:1 basis to support student progress.
- Promote positive classroom behaviour and assist with behaviour management.
- Supervise and engage with students during various activities.
- Support lesson delivery and help facilitate educational tasks.
