Sonic Summary

A superb opportunity has arisen in Gloucestershire for an experienced Surveyor to join an independent practice with an excellent reputation.
The role involves conducting Level 2 and 3 Surveys and some Redbook valuations, with a flexible remote work option.
The basic salary offered is up to £40,000, complemented by a strong bonus structure of approximately £10,000 to £15,000 per annum.
Candidates must have a minimum of AssocRICS and VRS qualifications, along with a strong background in Building Pathology.
On-target earnings for the position are projected to be between £55,000 and £60,000 per annum.

Monday – Friday
Remote / Work From Home

Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:

Basic salary up to £40,000
Strong bonus structure paying circa £10,000 - £15,000 per annum

On Target Earnings of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Residential Surveyor requirements:

Experienced and qualified
Minimum AssocRICS
VRS
Strong background in Building Pathology
