A superb opportunity has arisen in Gloucestershire for an experienced Surveyor to join an independent practice with an excellent reputation.
The role involves carrying out Level 2 and 3 Surveys, along with some Redbook valuations.
The position offers a basic salary of up to £40,000, with potential on-target earnings of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum including bonuses and car allowance.
Candidates must have a minimum of AssocRICS and VRS qualifications, along with a strong background in Building Pathology.
The job allows for remote work from home and requires a qualified and experienced professional.

Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:

Basic salary up to £40,000
Strong bonus structure paying circa £10,000 - £15,000 per annum
Car Allowance
Healthcare
On Target Earnings of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Residential Surveyor requirements:

Experienced and qualified
Minimum AssocRICS
VRS
Strong background in Building Pathology
