Sonic Summary

A superb opportunity has arisen in Gloucestershire for an experienced Surveyor to join an independent practice with an excellent reputation.
The successful candidate will carry out Level 2 and 3 Surveys, as well as some Redbook valuations.
The role offers a basic salary of up to £40,000, with on-target earnings of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, including a strong bonus structure and car allowance.
Candidates must be experienced and qualified, holding at least AssocRICS and VRS certification.
A strong background in Building Pathology is also required for this position.

Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:

Basic salary up to £40,000
Strong bonus structure paying circa £10,000 - £15,000 per annum

Residential Surveyor requirements:

Experienced and qualified
Minimum AssocRICS
VRS
Strong background in Building Pathology
