Our client is looking for a Cleaner to take on an essential role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will be given the responsibility of cleaning a variety of areas as directed by the cleaning supervisor, ensuring that every space is immaculate and hygienic.Key Responsibilities:

  • Thorough cleaning of directed areas, using correct techniques and cleaning equipment.
  • Washing floors, walls, and hard surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
  • Sweeping, vacuum cleaning, polishing, and dusting of designated areas.
  • Clean toilets, showers, hygiene rooms, fixtures, fittings, and internal glass.
  • Safely removing litter and waste to allocated disposal points.
  • Take particular care with liquids, broken glass, or other substances that may pose a risk to staff or pupils.
  • Replenishing supplies of toiletries, plastic bags, etc.
  • Cleaning and checking all equipment after use, inspecting cables for wear and tear, and storing equipment in a safe area.
  • Notifying the Site Manager of any faults or issues found with equipment.
