About the RoleJoin our esteemed Specialist Cars team in Cheltenham as a Parts Advisor. You will be instrumental in supporting the Parts Department, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient functioning of the Parts Department, managing the collection and delivery of goods and customer vehicles.
- Deliver prompt and courteous service to both external and internal customers.
- Maintain precise records of stock and sales, ensuring efficient processing of goods.
- Collaborate with the wider team to assist with various operational tasks.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A passion for the luxury automotive sector and a basic understanding of luxury vehicle brands.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
