Description
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and reports
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Cash flow management and conducting financial risk assessments
- Improving financial processes and systems
- Liaising with external auditors and managing audit processes
- Providing financial advice and guidance to the management team
- Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Supporting other departments with financial-related tasks
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Sound decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
Job Offer
