Links Recruitment Grouppresent a great opportunity for a Production Operativeto join a well-established, growing and industry leading manufacturer based in Chepstow to work as an operative with the opportunity to increase earnings through overtime. This role is a permanent position providing stability and long-term opportunity.
Main Duties
- Operate equipment and machinery in a safe manner.
- To carry out maintenance and cleaning of equipment when required.
- Fault find and report any defects or problems
- Contributing to daily targets
- To inspect and carry out all quality control checks as required.
- To ensure the production area is kept in a clean operative state.
- To provide cover in other areas of production when required.
- Organise and maintain inventory within the warehouse
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while handling materials
The Person
- Experience working within a production environment
- CNC experience/Machine setting experience (desirable)
- Reliable
- Team Player
- Ability to prioritise workload
Salary: 23,700 - 27,000 (11.44ph)
Role: Permanent
Choice of 2 different shift patterns
40 hour a week
Week 1 Monday to Thursday 06:00 till 14:00 Friday 06:00 till 12:00
Week 2 Monday to Thursday 14:00 till 23:00 Friday 12:00 till 18:00
45.5 hours a week
Monday to Thursday 06:00 till 16:00 Friday 06:00 till 14:00
