Our client are a well-established logistics company based in Chepstow, committed to delivering excellence in transportation services. Due to theircontinued growth, we are currently seeking experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join theirdynamic team.
Position:Class 1 (C+E) Driver
Shift:Day Shift
Location:Chepstow
Type:Ongoing roles, open to both part-time and full-time drivers
Pay Rate:£15.00 PAYE - £17.00 UMBRELLA
Availability:Shifts available every day of the week
Responsibilities:
- Conducting daily vehicle inspections to ensure road worthiness
- Safely and efficiently operating Class 1 vehicles
- Trunking duties with a focus on timely and secure deliveries
- Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and company policies
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and collections
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
- CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Proven experience in Class 1 driving, with a clean driving record
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
