We're looking for a full-time Transport Specialist to join our team at our Chepstow site. This position is initially temporary with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.


What You'll Do:

  • Manage Transport Systems: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of transport software and systems.
  • Collaborate with Customer Services: Maintain clear communication to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
  • Support Drivers: Provide assistance with daily queries and problem-solving to ensure smooth operations on the ground.
  • Plan and Optimize Routes: Organize driver schedules and routes for maximum efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Transport Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (Preferred): Helpful for shifts that fall outside of public transport hours.
  • Knowledge of Driver Regulations: Basic understanding of driver hours, schedules, and legal requirements.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Comfortable with transport management systems and general software.
