TSR Legal are pleased to be looking for a Licensed Conveyancer to join a well-established law firm in Chepstow during an exciting period of growth and development within their Residential Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark, contribute to the direction of the department, and play a key role in shaping its future success.

About the Role:As they continue to expand their small but dynamic Residential Property team, they are looking for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to manage their own caseload and contribute to the department’s growth. Team leader experience and a client following are highly desirable, but not essential. A positive, proactive approach to team collaboration and a desire to grow into a leadership role will be considered.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, including maintaining a strong working knowledge of the CLC Handbook and Land Registry procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Qualification: Must be a CILEx or CLC qualified Licensed Conveyancer.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years' experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
  • Leadership & Client Following: Team leader experience and a following of clients are highly desirable, though not essential. A positive attitude toward contributing to the team's development and fostering new client relationships is key.
  • Communication: Strong client communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
  • Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of residential conveyancing law and procedures, including a strong understanding of the CLC Handbook.

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to join a well-established law firm during an exciting period of growth and development.
  • A collaborative, supportive working environment where your contributions will directly influence the team’s direction and success.
  • Competitive salary package, along with opportunities for career development and leadership within the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a growing department, with plenty of scope to contribute to the team’s future success. If you're ready to make your mark and take on this exciting challenge, please send your CV to Hannah Williams at TSR Legal.
