A&G Resourcing Ltd is thrilled to offer an amazing opportunity for an experienced Multidrop 7.5T Driver to join our client based in Chepstow. This is a temp-to-perm role with the potential for a permanent salary of up to £36k per year.
The starting salary is £27,932.99 per annum, with the added benefit of overtime pay and a bonus once trained for appliance connections and installations.
After 12 weeks, you will attend a training centre for a week-long induction, with all expenses covered.
Additional benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and an extra 5 days off if you don’t take any sick leave. Most of the team members are earning £36k per year or more
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete multi-drop deliveries efficiently and within the specified time frame.
- Ensure safe and accurate delivery of customer goods.
- Perform vehicle checks and maintain a high standard of safety.
- Provide top-notch customer service during deliveries.
- Work closely with your driver mate to assist with manual handling and heavy lifting.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid UK driving licence (C1) and experience driving 7.5T vehicles.
- Valid CPC and Tacho card.
- At least 1 year of HGV driving experience.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and customer service.
- Clean Driving licence, no more than 3 points
- Manual handling and heavy lifting will be required, so physical fitness is important.
