Engineering Manager
Are you an experienced Engineering Manager looking to join a high growth engineering business where you will lead a team of platers, fabricators and welders to deliver bespoke engineering solutions.

You will be responsible for:
- Leading the workshop to manufacture the best quality products at all times
- Continuously oversee health and safety
- Plan projects and production plans to drive output
- Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of machinery and stocks/supplies
- Oversee the training and development of staff
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong team leadership and management skills
- Experience working within a fabrication / welding or similar environment
- Excellent health, safety and quality awareness
- Team player
