Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support a payroll team of five, ensuring accurate and timely processing of high-volume payroll.
- Delegate tasks effectively, conduct one-to-one meetings, and support team development.
- Manage complex payroll queries and ensure compliance with payroll legislation.
- Play a key role in planning and executing payroll transitions and process improvements.
- Contribute to a group-wide payroll implementation project, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes.
