This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing fabrication team, in a days based role that offers a great work life balance combined with the opportunity to progress your career into Working Foreman.

This company have a team of 15 in the workshop, and 20 across the company, they boast a low staff turnover and are recruiting due to further contract wins, they are looking for people that are wanting a long term career where they will be valued and invested in.

This role will suit a Lead Welder, Foreman, Welding Supervisor or similar looking to join a close knit specialist manufacturer where you will lead a small team of welders, in a days based role that offers a great work life balance, optional premium overtime

The Role:
*Working Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm Monday to Thursday, 7am - 1pm on Fridays with 1.5x optional overtime
*Working across one workshop with a team of 15 other welders
*Further technical training and scope to progress your career

The Person:
*Previous experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment
*Looking for a great work life balance, further training and some career recognition
